1. Gift Wrapping
Every piece of Maisie Willis Jewellery arrives beautifully gift wrapped.
2. Shipping Within the UK
We are pleased to offer free and tracked shipping within the United Kingdom for all orders. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your order.
3. International Shipping
For our valued customers outside the United Kingdom, we provide international shipping at a flat rate of £30. International orders will also be tracked to ensure a secure and efficient delivery process. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Processing Time
‘Ready to Ship’ pieces - Expect processing within 3-5 business days from the purchase date.
'Made-to-Order' pieces - These may take up to 6 weeks for shipment.
Custom Orders - Estimated delivery will be discussed during the design process.
