Whilst our jewellery is made to be worn everyday and handcrafted to last, care should always be taken. Here are a few tips to help your pieces stay safe and looking their best.
Gold & sterling silver pieces - gently polish with a soft jewellery polishing cloth to bring back its shine.
Diamonds - despite being the hardest gemstone, diamonds can still be prone to fractures and chips. Take care when wearing and storing your piece.
Precious & semi-precious stones - avoid exposure to perfumes, body lotions, household cleaners and harsh chemicals.
Clean gemstones with warm water and dish detergent. Use a soft toothbrush to gently brush around the stone, rinse with water, pat dry with kitchen roll and let it air dry.
Softer gemstones e.g. emeralds or porous materials e.g. pearls or opals - gently clean with a jewellery cloth. Do not soak these pieces in water, as it can damage the organic materials.

All Maisie Willis Jewellery pieces come with a 6-month warranty. In the event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost. Please note that due to the organic nature of our materials, an exact match may not always be achievable, but we will strive to provide a piece as close to the original as possible.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. If, upon inspection, the damage is determined to be unrelated to a manufacturing defect, we will contact you to discuss available repair options and associated costs.
While our jewellery is crafted to withstand the test of time, we understand that accidents can happen. Repairs falling outside the 6-month warranty coverage can be arranged at a cost. For further assistance and information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
